This resource aims to be an unofficial spec for interpreting this format, so you might be able to write code externally that can read Roblox mesh files. Roblox’s mesh format isn’t a format you can normally export to or import into Roblox Studio, but you can download meshes by their assetId using the assetdelivery API.
